For IT service providers, MSPs, and AI and automation shops
Scale your expertise with AI across every customer.
Businesses are buying AI through service providers. Toolbelt is where those providers deploy and run it: the cloud stack for AI-built solutions, with a space for each customer and every customer on one screen.

Your customers are getting AI solutions. From you, or from someone else?
Your customers are replacing the old way of doing things with AI, and they'll buy it from whoever shows up first. Upgrade the services you already provide into AI-powered solutions: ones that know their business, work inside their own accounts, and keep running.
- A monthly report compiled by hand
A live dashboard the customer opens anytime.
Hosted on the customer's own web address, current every morning, and behind a one-time sign-in link when it needs one.
- Booking by phone and email
A booking assistant on the customer's own site.
Ours is Annie-Pointment, live at go.apexti.com/ftw. It finds a time across calendars, then books the meeting and the invite in one flow.
- New leads sitting in an inbox
An assistant that qualifies each one, books the call and updates the CRM.
It works in the customer's own inbox and CRM, with each tool set to allow, ask or deny.
- AI and cloud bills reconciled by hand
A FinOps assistant that reports spend by provider.
We run one ourselves. It connects to the bank and posts our AI spend, provider by provider, to a Slack channel.
Anyone can build it now. What comes next is your business.
Someone hands you an app they built over a weekend and asks, "Now what?" You know the questions. Is it secure? Where does it run? How does it reach their tools? Who keeps it up? Each answer is work you can sell. Each one is built into Toolbelt.
Toolbelt is the new cloud stack for AI-built solutions.
“My customer built an app in Claude, but it was insecure and unhosted. With Toolbelt I quickly deployed it as a secure, hosted solution in their own space, with their own credentials and permissions.”
The first customer is a project. By the third, it's operations.
Less to manage per customer, so you can take on the next one.
Each customer connects its own accounts, in its own space.
Failing schedules rise to the top of your screen, and the owner is notified inside Toolbelt.
Every customer's spend, allowance and what's failing, on one screen.
What you build for one customer is a head start on the next.
Publish a solution to your catalog as a version. The next customer starts from it in their own space, on their own logins, and you adapt it to how they work.
Improve it later and try the new version with the customers who like being first. Then upgrade everyone who is behind with one button. What each customer built on top stays theirs, and nobody moves until you move them.

Designed to get leaner and steadier the longer it runs.
Toolbelt is designed to keep finding and fixing token waste and other inefficiencies, so AI costs come down as your solutions mature instead of creeping up.
AI spend
Fewer tokens per run. Routine steps move into versioned code that runs without a model call, quick decisions go to fast classifiers, and bulky tool output is turned into a database so only what the model needs enters its context.
Efficiency
Repeat work gets cheaper. The first run pays the model to work a step out. Once that step is saved as code, later runs use the code instead of asking the model again, so a run costs less as more of it becomes code.
Resiliency
Steadier runs. Versioned steps give the same result for the same input. Failing schedules rise to the top of one console with their owner notified, and a retiring model is a settings change.
A new model is a setting, not a rebuild.
Pick each solution's model and provider. When a better one ships, or the one you chose slips, switch. Memory, skills and storage live in the customer's own space, not in a model provider's account, so nothing moves when the model does, and nothing has to be exported from one customer and imported into the next.
All of it lives in the customer's own space, not in a model provider's account.
LLMs are for building. Toolbelt is for running.
Build in Toolbelt, Claude Code, Cursor or ChatGPT. Run every customer's here.
